#Repost from @americanmade550 I agree with what they say (quoted below). As an American living in Holland I am disgusted to see this kind of crap popping up all over the place 😠 I import all of the cord I use from trusted USA manufactures so that I know my cord is genuine paracord and not that fake cheap crap! For the GITD I have to use fake as it isn't made yet through official channels but I clearly state that on the product. I can't believe how much cheap deception all these companies pull just to make a quick buck πŸ˜₯ "Okay, I've been wanting to address these for some time. Ive been asked why my bracelets are $6 when you can get them as cheap as $3 at walmart or homedepot. First off, the cord I use is type 3 commercial grade and even sometimes MIL-SPEC. While these companies claim "military grade paracord" it is false, the cord is of much lesser quality. Also, they put the least amount of cord possible on each bracelet to maximize profit. So you the consumer are getting screwed. If one of your reasons for purchasing a survival bracelet, was for actually surviving if necessary, then you will have issues with these. Also. They definitely are not manufactured in the US, they are sent overseas. And american jobs are sent over seas. Please, stay away from these bracelets and buy genuine bracelets handmade in the US. Keep american jobs there. And not support large corporations for a difference of few dollars. Because everybody but the company loses out in these cheaply made bracelets! #MADEINUSA #USA #AMERICANJOBS #REALPARACORD #550 #paracord #dontbuyit!" #rant #buyhandmade #fake
